From 1 August 2011 onwards, for all OTPs exercised,
Seller will have to tell the Buyer to pay the balance
4% to either:
- The Singapore Academy of Law; OR
- The Seller’s lawyer’s Conveyancing Account (“<Name of Law Firm> - CVY”)
